    The policyholder has the right to return the policy to us twenty-one (21) days from the date the insurance cover commences. The policyholder may return this policy by calling us on +61 2 8294 7569 or advising us in writing  within those twenty-one (21) days. We will refund any premiums the policyholder has paid during this period. These cooling off rights do not apply if you have made a claim under this policy during this period or you are entitled to make a claim during this period.

    We can also discuss cancelling your policy if you’re past this period.

    Australian Citizens Permanent Residents of Australia A holder of a valid partner/spouse visa or skilled working visa (457 or other skilled working visa) New Zealand citizens – a New Zealand passport holder permanently residing in Australia, who has unrestricted right of entry into Australia.

    The Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) contains important info about your policy. In the PDS you’ll see detailed information about what you’re covered for.

    It’s always available on the relevant when you get a quote and will be included in your confirmation email when we send you the policy confirmation.

    We can unfortunately not send a copy of your Schedule (policy) by mail. We’re an online only company, this helps us to keep premiums low and offer the best possible value for our customers.

    If you’d like a copy of your Schedule, we can send this to the email address you provided when you bought your policy.

    Your Schedule was sent via email shortly after your purchased your policy online. We used the email address you provided during checkout.

    Once we’ve cancelled your policy, a confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided on the day you bought your policy. If you were entitled to a refund this can take up to 10 days to be refunded onto your credit or debit card.

    If you did not receive the cancellation email or it has been more than 10 days since you cancelled your policy please contact us at hello@brokersonline.co and we will help you.
