Prior to us assessing your claim, it is recommended that you do not admit that you are at fault, or offer or promise to pay any money, or become involved in litigation.

Follow the steps online to submit your claim and it usually takes under a minute. If you have lots of files to upload with your claim you can just zip them up into a single archive and upload it.

Obtain as much documentation as possible at the time the situation occurs and this includes a written medical report or certificate from your treating doctor or specialist that clearly explains the medical condition.
